What are the dates for Conference? |

When do the sessions actually start? |

We start promptly at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, in the Alamo. CLICK HERE. |

Lunch will be served in the Log Inn from noon to 12:45 for your convenience. |

When is Conference over? |
| A |
Our last session ends at 4:15 p.m. on Saturday, June 9. We recommend you book your flight no earlier than 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. |

You are welcome to stay over Saturday night and leave Sunday morning if you like. |

Will there be airport transportation? |

Yes. We will pick up Conference guests at Bush Intercontinental ONLY on Wednesday, June 6, and Thursday morning, June 7. |

There will be ONE van run on Saturday, June 9, leaving Northwest Forest for Bush Intercontinental at 4:30 p.m. |

I have dietary restrictions. Is that a problem? |

Absolutely not! We have an excellent catering staff that can accommodate your needs.
There is space on the registration form to indicate your needs, or you can fax in more detailed instructions. |

What is the appropriate dress for Conference? |
| A |
Business casual is appropriate for all Conference sessions, the Trade Show, and the Awards Dinner. Remember!

The meeting rooms may be cool, so a jacket or light sweater will insure your comfort.
You might want to change into something more comfortable for the two after-hours social events. They will be outside unless we have inclement weather. |

Wear comfortable walking shoes – we have uneven surfaces at Northwest Forest – and bring business cards to exchange with your fellow owners and with vendors. |

Should I bring my laptop or tablet? |
| A |
You may. We will have a Conference Guide to use for written notes, but you may be more comfortable using your own device. |

We do ask that you be respectful of your fellow attendees and the speakers when using your device, and use it for workshop purposes only. |

Please refrain from checking your personal e-mail, etc until you are outside of an event or workshop. |

How much is owner registration? |

Owner registration is only $275 per person, and this includes lodging, all meals, and Northwest Forest transportation.
